Allowance : RM 800/ month
Working Days : Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:30pm)
Location : Plot 2-28, Jalan TTC 8, Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, Mukim Cheng, 75250 Melaka
Contract : 3 months (Expected to start from the end of Nov’24 onward)
Requirements
- Education: min. Diploma/Degree preferably in finance or account
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, or other Local language
- Good analytical & communication skills, Working Effectively with Others.
- Problem Solving, trustworthy and maintain strictest confidentiality of company information.
Responsibility
- Perform daily collection submitted by seller, update cash & cheque collected
- Key in OR to system
- Identify discrepancy in OR, issue Debit Note(DN) to customer when required
- Update AR disputed tracking
- Extract AR aging report from system & email to sales supervisor/manager
- Any ad hoc task to support Finance Department
