IT SUPPORT (MIS PERSONNEL) – Johor

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Preferably To have working experience in programming and IT support.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in programming language PHP, Python, MySQL and SQL.
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Willing to travel if require (Melaka, Batu Pahat and Negeri Sembilan).

Responsibilities

• Providing computer related hardware and software support throughout the organization.
• Responsible for development, maintenance applications and providing tier-3 support for business;
• Gather users’ requirements and translate it into system design.
• Deploy IT training program and learnings across total organization.
• Perform first level troubleshooting in various ERP systems (eg. MS Dynamic, Asoft, SFA, etc).
• Handle and assist on troubleshooting endpoints for organization to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
• Support for first level troubleshooting on devices such as thumbprint, door access and CCTV unit.
• Provide system support and user support through remote and might out of ordinary working hour.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
