Requirements
- At least SPM/Diploma in Business or Business admin/management and supply chain background are encourage to apply
- Relevant experience in FMCG industry will be advantage
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall invoicing procedures to ensure all orders are processed accordingly
- Ensure completion of orders and delivery with PODs received and filed
- Check and ensure credit notes are issued accordingly
- Highlight right pricing
- Handle issues such as short supply and wrong product delivery
- Provide support for sales representatives
- Support for daily operation activities & administrative tasks in FMCG industry
