Job Duties

1. Responsible to handle overall HR matters strategically and operationally for the designated areas
2. Act as main contact point to internal/external parties for general enquiries and issue resolutions in defined areas of the overall HR spectrum.
3. Responsible for the entire office administration, monitoring general building repair & maintenance, license renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment & etc.
4. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Diploma/Graduate preferably in Human resources
Experience: Relevant 2 years’ experience in Human Resources is preferred  
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Local language
Key Criteria: Good analytical & communication skills, Working Effectively with Others, Thinking and Problem Solving, trustworthy and maintain strictest confidentiality of company information.
