Job Duties

1. Responsible for overall invoicing procedures to ensure all orders are processed accordingly
2. Ensure completion of orders and delivery with PODs received and filed
3. Check and ensure credit notes are issued accordingly
4. Handle issues such as short supply and wrong product delivery
5. Provide support for sales representatives
6. Support for daily operation activities & administrative tasks

Requirements

1. Fresh graduate or with 0-1 year of working experience.
2. Business admin/management and supply chain background are encourage to apply
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
4. Eager and driven to learn
